Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING

Please book all appointments online. New clients will be asked to create a profile.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Your hair and your time is a priority at Vibe Hair Suite. We understand that scheduling conflicts happen, however we respectfully require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of your original appointment scheduled. Please submit all cancellations via email and or text.
